Astrological Forecast for February 2015
This is my birthday month and how great it is for Lee to not only send this Forecast, but to also share such a beautiful statement about me as he did in the quote above. If you are curious about your own astrology, he has so much to offer! http://stillwatersastro.com
February 3rd: Full Moon in Leo/Aquarius at 3:09 pm PST. The Full Moon in Aquarius will activate those with chart
angles or planets between 10-20 degrees in the Fixed Signs of Aquarius, Taurus, Leo, and Scorpio.
February 11th: Mercury stations direct in Aquarius. The messenger planet completes its first of three rounds of Mercury retrograde cycles in 2015 as it steps forward in Aquarius at 1 deg 18 min today.
February 18th: Super New Moon in Aquarius at 3:47 pm PST & the Sun enters Pisces at 3:50 pm PST. The second of two rare consecutive Aquarius New Moons arrives in the very final degree and minute of longitude in the sign of Aquarius ushering in the Chinese New Year of the Goat. The Sun enters the sign of Pisces within 3 minutes of the arrival of the New Moon in Aquarius. The Sun and Moon then merge in the first degree of Pisces in synchrony with a close conjunction of Venus and Mars in the last three degrees of Pisces.
February 19th: Mars enters Aries. The warrior planet celebrates a homecoming as he returns to his native sign of Aries where He eagerly awaits the arrival of his Lady Venus joining him in Aries tomorrow.
February 20th: Venus enters Aries. Lady Venus catches up with her Martian Mate in the sign of Aries for a restorative fortnight’s rendezvous before She moves on towards the sign of Taurus seeking signs of spring.

Astrological Forecast for January 2015

January 3rd: Venus enters Aquarius at 6:48 am PST. Venus partners with Mars in the fixed air Aquarius sign of friends, colleagues, and associates gracing the arrival of 2015.
January 4th: Mercury enters Aquarius at 5:08 pm PST. The messenger planet joins Venus and Mars in the spirit of Aquarian fellowship contributing to an expansive sense of compassion and goodwill in the midst of a transformational Full Moon in today’s “Cardinal Cross” aspect.
January 4th: Full Moon in Cancer/Capricorn at 14 deg 31 min at 8:53 pm PST. The first Full Moon of 2015 activates a brief “Cardinal Cross” aspect with Uranus in Aries, Pluto in Capricorn, and the Moon’s Nodes in Libra/Aries. This aspect represents an initiatory echo from last April’s “Cardinal Cross” alignment that coincided with completions and new beginnings both collectively and personally during the Spring Season of 2014. By February 2015 the powerful transits of the past year will begin to fade.
January 12th: Mars enters Pisces at 2:21 am PST. The planet of action arrives in the mystical waters of Pisces reminding us to test the waters in making choices following any New Year resolutions we promised ourselves. Transiting Mars will enter its native sign of Aries on February 19th beginning a 40-day period for taking action after testing the waters of our resolutions.
January 20th: Super New Moon in Aquarius at 5:14 am PST. The Sun and Moon merge in the early minutes of a single degree of longitude in the sign of Aquarius on January 20th resulting in a rare Aquarius New Moon double header event followed by a second Super New Moon in the final degree of Aquarius on February 18th ushering in the Chinese New Year.
January 21st: Mercury stations retrograde in Aquarius at 7:54 am PST. The first Mercury retrograde of 2015 is in the sign of Aquarius insisting that we consider the bigger picture of how we as individuals fit into the collective community of the global village. Mercury will station direct at 1 degree in Aquarius on February 11th.
January 27th: Venus enters Pisces. Lady Venus completes Her New Year visit in Aquarius to serve as a muse with Mars, Chiron, and Neptune in Pisces through February 19th.
Bless your heart,
Candess

This is the first post that actually talks about weight. The focus of this blog is moving into health and fitness which includes for me, weight loss.
Although a soft deadline, I had family coming for a BBQ on Sunday, so Saturday I needed to mow my lawn. I waited until it cooled off outside to pull out my little push mower and mow. This lead to cleaning the shed and then pruning the ivy and 90 minutes later my face I was dripping from the heat. Since I was cleansing with Chinese herbs, my face had been breaking out and I planned to go to the gym for a steam. Working in the yard and clearing my skin was much better. This deadline to get my yard ready for guests had great benefits!
Since, I needed to cool off before I showered, I checked my iPhone. There was an emergency call from a client. The returned call turned out to an hour session. Just as I ended the call, a dear friend called who I had not talked to for awhile. (Mind you – I rarely talk on the phone unless I’m walking and talking.) We spent close to an hour catching up! Afterward, it was time for dinner, but when I looked at the clock, it was really closer to time for bed. Surprisingly, I wasn’t really hungry, even though I hadn’t eaten since noon. My head over rid my habit and I showered and went to bed.
The next morning when I weighed myself, the scale moved down a set of numbers and I was delighted!
So what I learned is this.
-
Set deadlines around activities that include movement. (Not just deadlines that require my laptop!)
-
At least in the late afternoon/evening, if my blood sugar drops, it won’t put me into a feeding frenzy. It’s okay not to eat if I am not hungry.
-
Distract myself in the evenings and break patterns that include eating.
Share any of your success tips!

There has been so much change recently!
Change usually happens in several areas of your life at once!
In addition to going to see my trainer Luke and feeling my body change, I have been getting acupuncture and am on a Chinese Herb cleanse. Now, it would be much better to shift my whole diet during this cleanse which is about six weeks, but not for me. I am enjoying my morning coffee and did have a drink when I went to see Robert Cray on Monday.
Monday night I planned to eat at PF Changs and then go to the Bing Crosby Theatre to see Robert Cray. Instead intuitively I was directed to eat closer to the theatre. I decided upon the Peacock room at Davenport Hotel. I ordered a Cesar Salad and a glass of scotch with a twist of lemon. I asked the bartender to give me my check because there was a concert and I wanted to see if I could buy a ticket from someone who had an extra. The man sitting next to me at the bar said there were still tickets left.
